- Golf course architect Yves Bureau designed Katameya Heights, Egypt's first and largest 18 hole Championship Golf Course. The course with many doglegs meanders over a hilly terrain. Some holes are 'stadium style' winding beneath beautiful villa's.

If desired, your guide can arrange for you to enter the pyramids and see the boat that the pharaoh accompanied by the god Ra used on his journeys through the heavens. If you prefer, you can explore the pyramid area 'Arab style' by camel.
- For thousands of years, the step pyramid of Pharaoh Djoser stands in the vastness of the desert. As part of your visit to this necropolis of Saqqara, you can enter the pyramid of Teti and the mastaba of Mereruka. The interior of both monuments are decorated with fine hieroglyphs.
- In the famous Egyptian Museum you will stand face to face with the golden mask of King Tutankhamun and see the priceless treasures of the Pharaohs.
- Your guide will take you to the old Coptic area Cairo where you visit some of the world's oldest churches dating from the 4th century. Here you also see the place where the holy family stayed when the fled to Egypt.
- In medieval Islamic Cairo, you visit the impressive Mosque of Muhammad Ali situated high on a hill rising above the city.
- You also visit a historic Oriental bazaar, dating from the 14th century. Enjoy the lively atmosphere of this former caravanserai where can buy everything from gold jewelry and colorful belly dance costumes to oriental spices and incense. You'll have the opportunity to practice the art of bargaining and to buy a nice souvenir.
