During AmsterJAM you will see skills that are the result of multiple years of intense training.
In freestyle frisbee both Artist and Art become 'One'
The first person to make a new move in this sport is allowed to determine a name for that move, resulting in;
flamingo's, gitis-pulls, arvends and under-the-legs that are mixed with moves named pizza, brush, double spinning scarecrow, Godzilla's punch or connecting the neurons.
